Almir José de Oliveira Gabriel COMM (Belém, August 18, 1932 - Belém, February 19, 2013) was a Brazilian doctor and politician affiliated to the Brazilian Labor Party (PTB). He was governor of Pará for two terms, senator and mayor of the capital Belém.[1]
