Altericroceibacterium indicum is a gram-negative, rod-shaped and non-spore-forming bacterium from the genus Altericroceibacterium which has been isolated from the rhizosphere from the rice plant Oryza coarctata (syn. Porteresia coarctata) in Pichavaram in India.[1][3][4]
