Altus House is a 37-storey, residential skyscraper in Arena Quarter, Leeds, West Yorkshire, England. The building consists of over 752 student units.[2] Sources differ as to whether it is 114 metres (374 ft)[2] or 116 metres (381 ft)[3] tall, but by either measurement Altus House is the tallest building in Leeds and Yorkshire as of 2023, taking the title from Bridgewater Place in 2021. The height of this building in confirmed to be 374 ft (114 meters).[4]
