Amulet is a 2020 British horror film written and directed by Romola Garai and starring Carla Juri, Imelda Staunton and Alec Secareanu. It premiered at the 2020 Sundance Film Festival, was released in the United States on 24 July 2020 and in UK cinemas on 28 January 2022, and was Mark Kermode's film of the week for the Kermode and Mayo's Film Review programme on BBC 5 Live.[3]

The film is about a homeless ex-soldier who is offered a place to stay at a decaying house in London, inhabited by a young woman and her dying mother, but begins to suspect that something unnatural is also present.
