Amvrosy Maksymiliyanovych Buchma[a] (14 March 1891 – 6 January 1957)[1] was a Ukrainian and Soviet stage and film actor, director and pedagogue.[2] He stepped onto the stage professionally for the first time in 1905 with the Ruska Besida Theatre.

He was awarded with the People's Artist of the USSR in 1944.[1]
