FPJ's Ang Probinsyano (lit. 'The Provincial Man') is a 1996 Filipino action film co-written, directed and produced by Fernando Poe Jr., who also stars in twin lead roles. The film was a box office hit.[1][2][3] A sequel, Pagbabalik ng Probinsyano, was released in 1998.[4]
