Ann Nderitu

Ann N. Nderitu, CBS, is a Kenyan registrar. She is the Registrar of Political Parties and CEO of the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties (ORPP) in Kenya.[1] In 2018, she took on the role in an acting capacity, and in 2020, she was formally appointed to the position after undergoing a competitive recruitment process and parliamentary vetting by then President of Kenya, Uhuru Kenyatta.[2] She continues to serve in this capacity.

Nderitu previously worked for 10 years at the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) in Kenya.[3] She has co-authored over 20 manuals, curricula, and guides in education, elections management, and political parties' governance, actively used in electoral and governance training.[3]
