Annawan is an incorporated town in Henry County, Illinois, United States. The population was 1,143 at the 2020 census.[2] The town was named for Annawan, a Massachusetts Wampanoag chief, though it has been claimed that it took its name from a local Winnebago chief of the same name.[3]
