Annie Koutrakis MP (born November 22, 1960) is a Canadian Liberal politician who was elected as a Member of Parliament (MP) in the House of Commons of Canada to represent the federal riding of Vimy during the 2019 Canadian federal election,[3] and was re-elected in the 2021 Canadian Federal Election.[4] Koutrakis has served as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Transport, and as of September 2023, now serves as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Tourism and the Minister responsible for the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the regions of Quebec.[5] Prior to becoming a Member of Parliament, she worked in investment firms for 30 years.
