Dame Anstice Gibbs, DCVO, CBE (2 January 1905, in Hertfordshire – 7 February 1978, in Hampshire) was the Chief Commissioner of the Girl Guides Association in the UK for ten years, and vice-chair of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) from 1957 to 1960.
