Anthony Devonne Waters (born July 25, 1985) is an American former professional football player who was a linebacker in the National Football League (NFL). He was selected by the San Diego Chargers in the third round of the 2007 NFL draft. He played college football for the Clemson Tigers. He is also the older brother of Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Shaquille Leonard.
