Arelle Middleton (born February 9, 2008) is an American para track and field athlete who competes in shot put and discus throw. She was a silver medalist in shot put at the 2024 Paralympics in Paris, throwing a distance of 12.19 m (39 ft 11+3⁄4 in). She also plays wheelchair basketball.
