Arthur Hornbui Bell (February 14, 1891 – March 1, 1973) was an attorney and the Grand Dragon of the Ku Klux Klan in New Jersey.[1]
After attempting to collaborate with the pro-Nazi German American Bund, Bell and Imperial Kaliff Alton Milford Young were both kicked out of the Klan.
