Athol (/ˈæ θəl/ AH-thol; is a city in Kootenai County, Idaho, United States. The population was 709 at the 2020 census, up from 692 in the 2010 census.[3] It is part of the Coeur d'Alene Metropolitan Statistical Area, which includes the entire county. Its main attraction is Silverwood Theme Park.
