Attempted assassination of Augusto Pinochet

Raúl Pellegrin and Cecilia Magni in the cover of the clandestine magazine El Rodriguista, published by Manuel Rodríguez Patriotic Front. The cover is from the issue of November 1988 the month after their death. Both Pellegrin and Magni participated in the assassination attempt of Augusto Pinochet.

An assassination attempt was made on Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet on 7 September 1986, when members of the urban guerrilla group Manuel Rodríguez Patriotic Front ambushed a motorcade carrying the dictator to Santiago.[1]
