Auslese (German: [ˈaʊ̯sˌleːzə] , lit.'selected harvest'; plural form is Auslesen) is a German language wine term for a late harvest wine and is a riper category than Spätlese in the Prädikatswein category of the Austrian and German wine classification.[1]
