Autopistas de Puerto Rico S.E. (English: Puerto Rico Expressways) is the public–private partnership, privately held company that operates the Teodoro Moscoso Bridge on behalf of the Puerto Rico Highways and Transportation Authority. The company is wholly owned by Abertis.^[1]
