Baffa (Urdu: بفہ Pashto :بفه ) is a town, a union council and capital of Tehsil Baffa Pakhal of Mansehra District in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.[1] It lies about 15 km north of the district capital, Mansehra. It is majorly owned by Lughmani clan of the Sarkheli sub-section of Swati Pashtun tribe.
