Baltika Brewery (Russian: Пивоваренная компания "Балтика") is the second largest brewing company in Europe,[1] and the leader of the Russian beer market with over 38% market share. It is headquartered in St. Petersburg.

Following the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Carlsberg Group attempted to sell the company,[2] but in July 2023 the Russian government seized its assets under the rules for businesses from the Unfriendly Countries List.[3]
