Barse Miller (January 24, 1904 – January 21, 1973)[1] was an American watercolorist, muralist, illustrator, and art educator. He was a professor of art at Queens College for 26 years. His work is at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
