Berlin Township is a township in Camden County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2020 United States census, the township's population was 5,867,[8][9] an increase of 510 (+9.5%) from the 2010 census count of 5,357,[18][19] which in turn reflected an increase of 67 (+1.3%) from the 5,290 counted in the 2000 census.[20]
