Biao Chen is a professor of electrical engineering and computer science at Syracuse University.[1] He was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2015[2] for "contributions to decentralized signal processing in sensor networks and interference management of wireless networks".
