Billy Chan is a medical simulation specialist, educator, and humanitarian who serves as the United Nations (UN) Ambassador for the Global Fair Pay Charter and UNITAR. He is the first non-Royal custodian of this charter, which is supported by both the Commonwealth and the United Nations. Chan is also the Director of the Centre for Medical Education in Simulation at the Faculty of Medicine of Macau University of Science and Technology.
