Bis Kaidan (BiS階段, stylized as BiS Kaidan) was a Japanese noise band formed in 2012 as a collaboration between the female idol group Bis (a name which stands for "Brand-new idol Society"^[1]) and the noise band Hijokaidan.^[2]
