Sir Robert Anster Harvey KNZM QSO (born 24 November 1940) is a New Zealand former advertising executive and politician. He is best known for his time as mayor of Waitakere City, which he held for 18 years from 1992 to 2010, and was also president of the New Zealand Labour Party in 1999 and 2000.
