Boris Yevhenovych Lozhkin (Ukrainian: Борис Євгенович Ложкін; born on October 23, 1971, in Kharkiv, Ukraine) is a Ukrainian businessperson and philanthropist.[1] He is the President of the Jewish Confederation of Ukraine,[2] Vice-president of the World Jewish Congress,[3] First Vice-president of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress.[4]
