Brissago (Italian: [brisˈsaːɡo], Swiss Standard German: [brɪˈsaːɡoː] ) is a municipality in the district of Locarno in the canton of Ticino in Switzerland, bordering Italy. Brissago lies on the western shore of Lake Maggiore and includes the Brissago Islands.
