Broadbeach South light rail station is a major public transport hub in the Gold Coast suburb of Broadbeach. The station opened in July 2014 as the southern terminus of the G:link light rail line.[1][2]

Kinetic Group operate an extensive bus services from the station to the Gold Coast Airport, Tweed Heads, Robina station and Nerang station as well the surrounding suburbs. The G:link light rail service runs from the station to Helensvale via Southport and Surfers Paradise.[3]

In early 2024, construction work for stage 3 of the G:Link system began at Broadbeach South Station. This involved the west platform (platform 1) being closed, meaning boarding is only available from platform 2. Work included platform 1 being removed to reveal tracks previously laid underneath, and new track being connected as part of the extension.[4]
