Bulgur (Turkish: bulgur; Armenian: բլղուր, romanizedblghur; Persian: بلغور, romanizedbolġur/balġur, lit.'groats'),[1] or burghul (Arabic: برغل, romanizedburġul),[2] is a cracked wheat foodstuff found in South Asian cuisine and West Asian cuisine.
