The CEELI Institute is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental organization, striving to advance the rule of law. It was founded in 1999 and is located at the Villa Grebovka, Prague, Czech Republic. In July 2022, Russia designated CEELI Institute as an "undesirable organisation".^[1]
