Cadet Kelly is a 2002 American military comedy film released as a Disney Channel Original Movie and starring Hilary Duff and Christy Carlson Romano.[1] The film premiered with 7.8 million viewers.[2] It is Duff's second starring film role, her first being Casper Meets Wendy. This was Disney Channel's second film filmed in Canada.
