Canon Island Abbey (or Canons' Island Abbey) (Irish: Mainistir Oileán na gCanánach[3] ) is a ruined Augustinian monastery located on the extreme northeast corner of Canon Island (Inisgad) on the River Shannon in County Clare, Ireland.
