Canstruct has three core business divisions: Humanitarian Services; Infrastructure; and Support Services.

As of February 2022, Canstruct is owned by a holding company, Rard No 3. The holding company's directors are Robin Murphy and his three sons, Rory, Adrian and Daniel.[3]
