Capoocan (IPA: [kɐpo'ʔɔkan]), officially the Municipality of Capoocan (Waray: Bungto han Capoocan; Tagalog: Bayan ng Capoocan), is a 2nd class municipality in the province of Leyte, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 33,721 people.[3]
