Carlos de los Santos Jara Saguier (born 25 August 1950)[1] is a Paraguayan former football player who works as a coach. He is the current manager of the Cerro Porteño.
Carlos is one of the seven Jara Saguier brothers that played professional football in Paraguay.[2]
