Cartoon Network is a European pay television channel broadcast in the Baltic States (except Latvia), Bulgaria, CIS (except Russia), Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia. It launched on 1 June 1998 and is owned by Warner Bros. Discovery under its International division.
