Cathal Sean Mallaghan[1] (born December 1982[2]) is an Irish Sinn Féin politician who has served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Mid Ulster since 2024. He succeeded Francie Molloy, who stood down as an MP at the 2024 general election.[3] Mallaghan was a councillor from 2011 to 2024 and served as the chairman of Mid Ulster District Council.[4][5]
