The Catholic Church in Uzbekistan is part of the worldwide Catholic Church, under the spiritual leadership of the Pope in Rome.
In 2020, there were approximately 4000 Catholics in the country of 27 million;[1] this is a decrease of 20% from 2008.[2] They are organized under a single Apostolic Administration of Uzbekistan (missionary pre-diocesan jurisdiction). The main church building is Sacred Heart Cathedral, located in Tashkent.[3]
