Cercinium

39°37′27″N 22°41′07″E / 39.6241°N 22.68522°E / 39.6241; 22.68522 Cercinium or Kerkineion (Ancient Greek: Κερκινείον) or Kerkinion (Κερκινέον)[1] was a town in Magnesia, in ancient Thessaly, near the Lake Boebeis.[2]

The site of Cercinium is located at a place called Ano Amygdali.[3][4]
