In Greek mythology, Ceryx /ˈsɪərɪks, ˈsrɪks/ (Ancient Greek: Κῆρυξ Kērux, literally "herald"[1]) was a member of the Athenian royal family as the son of Hermes by either the princesses, Pandrosus[2] or Agraulus.[3]
