Cesar L. Villanueva, also known as CLV, was the former Dean of the Ateneo Law School in Makati, Philippines.^[1] He is a certified public accountant and specializes in Philippine commercial law. Villanueva was nominated for the position of Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines Villanueva is the valedictorian of his batch in Chevalier School, Angeles.
