Chang Chun-hsiung (Chinese: 張俊雄; pinyin: Zhāng Jùnxióng; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Tiuⁿ Chùn-hiông; born 23 March 1938) is a Taiwanese politician who had served as the prime minister of Taiwan (officially Premier of the Executive Yuan) from 2000 to 2002 and 2007 to 2008, both under Chen Shui-bian's presidency. His appointment by then-President Chen in 2000 marked the first time a Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) member occupied the premiership.[1]
As a founding member of the DPP, he served on its Central Committee and Central Standing Committee from 1986 to 2000.
