Charanjit Singh Channi ^[1] (born 15 March 1963) is an Indian politician who served as the 16th Chief Minister of Punjab. He is a member of the Indian National Congress.^[2] He is serving as a Member of the Lok Sabha from Jalandhar Lok Sabha constituency since 4 June 2024.^[3][4] He was also Minister of Technical Education and Training in Second Amarinder Singh ministry and leader of the opposition in the Punjab Legislative Assembly.^[2]
