Charles Augustus Miller (June 28, 1850 – July 12, 1917) was an American businessman, newsworker, and politician from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania who served as a Pennsylvania State Representative, Harrisburg City Councilman, and Mayor of Harrisburg.[3]
