Charles Rhodes Smith

Charles Rhodes Smith (March 20, 1896[1] – September 30, 1993[2]) was a politician in Manitoba, Canada. He served in the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba from 1941 to 1952 as a Liberal-Progressive, and was a cabinet minister in the governments of Stuart Garson and Douglas Campbell.[1]
