Chirala (pronunciation), is a city in Bapatla district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is a municipality and the headquarters of Chirala mandal in Chirala revenue division.[5][6] As of 2011, it had a population of above 170,000.[3]

Chirala is the most populated city in Bapatla Lok Sabha Parliamentary Constituency.
