Choa Chu Kang Public Library is a public library on the 4th and 5th floor of Lot One, Choa Chu Kang, Singapore.^[1] The library generates an average of 1.3 million loans each year. It is the second public library owned by the National Library Board to be located inside a mall.^[2]
