Chris Jiashu Xu (Chinese: 徐家树; born in 1967) is a Chinese real estate developer. He is the founder and president of United Construction & Development Group, through which he developed Skyline Tower, the tallest skyscraper in Queens, New York City, and in all of New York State outside of Manhattan from 2019 until 2021.[1]
