Chrishantha Abeysena is a Senior Professor in Community Medicine in the Department of Public Health, Faculty of Medicine, University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka[1]. He has also served as the Director of the Postgraduate Institute of Indigenous Medicine (PGIIM)[2] and the Deputy Director of the Postgraduate Institute of Medicine (PGIM), University of Colombo.[3]
