Christiane Wolf [pronounced "kri-stii-aa-ne"] is a German-American author, speaker and teacher of mindfulness, compassion and stress reduction. With her medical background, Wolf is known for her specialty in working with people who suffer from chronic illness and pain.[1] Wolf is an authorized Buddhist teacher in the Insight (Vipassana) meditation tradition and teaches classes and retreats worldwide.[2]
